Future Flipper

Hello!  We will be separating from the military in the next few years and want to get a jump start on our flipping business.

We want to move to an area where there are plenty of flipping opportunities but also provides lake living (for us) and great schools (for kid).

We currently own rental properties but look forward to hands on flipping.  In the meantime we would be interested in partnering up as an investor to get our feet wet and learn the business.

Thank you for your time!

Patterning with someone who is in the business and adding value to them is a great way to get started and learn the ins and outs.  I hope you find the right person, I recommend going to your local REIAs and networking with the folks there.  It will be obvious who is actually doing deals and who is not.  Take your time before getting involved with someone financially and make sure they are a good fit for you.  Wish you the best of luck and I look forward to hearing about your successes in the future!
