[Cody Derner]

Hi, my name is Cody Derner from Denver, Colorado. I am brand new to BiggerPockets, and have been "dabbling" in Real Estate for about a year now. I have two properties, a rented out duplex, and my primary residence. In short, my business partner and I are looking to scale a successful Real Estate business specializing in larger multi-unit / apartment complexes for buy and hold cash flow, and wholesaling residential properties for monthly cash buildup and reserves. We are looking to build a great network here, and LEARN as much as we can along the way. We'd love to be connected to as many real estate investors as possible, so any input and connection is greatly appreciated!
