Realtor/Investor from Alaska new to community

Hello Everyone, 

             I grew up in the real estate industry. My Grandma is a Broker, Mother is a Realtor, Dad is a real estate flipper and former mortgage originator. I have been a licensed real estate agent for over 12 years. California (Active-no employing broker) Washington State (Expired) Florida (Expired) and Alaska (License #Ak.18804). I have also been a licensed mortgage originator in Alaska. 

            I am starting to do pre-foreclosure work in the Alaska market and would like to start wholesale flipping to supplement my real estate business. I would also like to work with investors to find multi family and commercial investment deals.  My family has completed over fifty investment deals over the past fifteen years and I would like to continue their legacy. Also, I get a lot of enjoyment helping pre-foreclosure clients get into rental homes. I pay for their first months rent, security deposit and U-Haul in exchange for giving me the keys to their home in good condition upon moving out. I call it Compassion for Keys. 

            I would like to network with investors and other real estate professionals to expand my professional business network. When not selling real estate or working pre-foreclosures I enjoy fishing, hiking, biking, my two dogs and enjoying the always changing natural beauty that Alaska has to offer.
