Hello, my name is Lucus Hartman, I live in Hartsburg MO right now but I am in the process of trying to buy my first home, in Holts Summit! It has been a roller coaster ride of emotions and has shown me that I really enjoy real estate and would love to make it my career. I'm most interested in learning to flip houses but haven't ruled anything out yet. I am extremely new to the idea and always like hearing advice and tips, feel free to comment on anything!
