new direction

After trying to establish a real estate auction presence in Buffalo, I am redesigning my company to include traditional brokerage services, auction services and wholesale services. My thought is to present a seller a complete real estate solution rather than one single focused way.

I was hoping to hear what the super smart folks in BP land have to say. Plus, if anyone from the Buffalo/Rochester/Syracuse areas would like to comment- that would be ok too..

Thanks

John
