Newbie from Delaware and surrounding Tri State

My name is Don Bard. I'm a newbie in the Real Estate market. I've considered venturing in this market before to help secure long term financial security/stability to support my family. However in the past, I've  been reluctant to do so. Do to my inexperience and sceptisem and a up and down housing market. I am a homeowner. So I'm aware of the importance of home ownership, and would like to help others achieve the American dream. While achieving financial security for my family. I will be (Bird Dogging) looking for investment properties  as the middle man for other investors. Also looking for properties to flip for profit, And sit and hold properties. Any advice and or tips as well as answer to any questions will be greatly appreciated. I'm looking forward to  and anticipating networking with like minded people.
