Hey BP im new to RE . Everybody is so cool on this site.  Lots of good people on here. Im currently trying to get my 1st house under contract. Im in Indianapolis and ill be putting out signs this weekend. Im also sending out letters to absentee owners. Can't wait to get this 1st deal done. I'm eager to learn so  any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks for your time BP !
