Occupation:  Firefighter  since 2001

RE experience: Landlord since 2006. Mostly Holds SFR's and a few flips.

Looking to learn more about large multifamily buildings.  My partners and I have capital ready to purchase.  We are currently looking in Nashville, TN.

The podcasts are great, can't wait to network with others from bigger pockets.
