Hi everyone.. My name is Chris and I have just joined bigger pockets after listening to several podcasts. I have been reading alot on wholesaling, flipping, and real estate in general. A friend of mine has been in real estate for 10+ years and has finally decided to become an investor instead. We are starting a company for our investments..
