My name is Dan and while I am based in Denver, CO I do work across the US primarily consulting for banks. I have been in the commercial real estate financing industry for 25 years and even did a stint for a few years during the last financial crisis with a federal regulator. I currently specialized in distressed debt but historically my focus has been originating commercial loans with an emphasis on SBA lending.
