Hello Everyone!

I am excited to be here.  I am thrilled I stumbled up on BP. The podcasts are great and the community seems to be even better.  There is so much information I feel like I could spend weeks on here and only just scratch the surface.

I am new to being an investor but not to real estate. I have been a licensed realtor/broker for the past 12+ years but have put it on the back burner since the market turn in 2008 when I took a full time J.O.B. to pay the bills. My love of real estate and the desire to be an investor has been reawakened in the last year or so.  At present, we own 5 houses between us, 3 of which are rental properties.

Choosing a niche is critical in my opinion.  I am trying to decide in which direction I would like to focus. Buy and Hold is something I will most definitely be doing and I hope to do a flip or 2 in the next couple of years.  Right now I don't have enough time to focus properly on one so it won't be in the extreme near future.  I am considering small multi-families, but do like the single family homes as well.

I look forward to connecting with people here and hopefully at some of the nearby meet ups.  There is so much to learn on BP.  I hope to become an active member.
