Thanks @Jacqueline Carrington. I will put it on the calendar.  Hopefully kid activities don't trump it.  Still trying to get to the Fairfield one.

Integrity is everything. 

I know some licensed contractors but depending on what you would like to have done, I have a handyman who does these types of things.  He's good at what he does.  I also have a few licensed contractor people who will take on smaller jobs as well but I'm not sure what their availability is these days.  PM me if you'd like more info on either option or both.

That sounds very comprehensive @Jacqueline Carrington.  You may also want to compile a list of sites where the buyer could find info which may also be of interest in the area. 

(Make sure to add some sort of disclaimer that it is their responsibility to do their due diligence and you make no representation as to the validity of the sites or the information they offer).
