New to real estate.

My name is Kahler Grandbouche. Right now I'm living in SLC, UT but in December I'm moving back to Denver, CO. Once there my partner and I are going to take on the real estate world head on. 

During my homework I've come up with several questions I don't have answers for. I would greatly appreciate some help from the wonderful people at BiggerPockets! I'm here to learn and any insight would go a long way.
