I'm new to the RE investment community, so would love any helpful knowledge form BP alumni. I live in the Tampa Bay area and have been here for 13 years.

I've been on the other side of the investment strategy for the past 5 years. I've been working with Property Management co., other private investors, and hedge fund companies doing their rehabs.

Experience has been great and a wealth of knowledge. Contracting work has been great, but I'm looking to work much smarter building a portfolio of cash flow properties and flip properties.

I would appreciate the knowledge and expertise of the BP community.

Thanks!
