Hey y'all,

Just joined as a resource to learn more about investing in and owning real estate. I'm currently a Junior in college in the Northeast, but Charlotte is my home and I'll be moving back there after I graduate. 

I like to plan for the future, and am trying to get a handle for the markets as a whole and for the area of Charlotte in particular.
