Hi everyone! My name is Marshall Jordan and I'm a real estate broker here in NYC. I'm here to offer my help and suggestions. I have worked in real estate for almost a decade in management position as well as a broker in apartment rentals and office leasing. I've closed many deals in Manhattan in many different neighborhoods. 

I'm here to offer suggestions and help for those interested in starting a career in real estate or to those who are already in it but need some advice from a seasoned veteran.

I'm also hear to learn and get advice from more knowledgeable investors and landlords about owning property in NYC.
