My name in Donna Hatch from Sugar Land, TX. My husband and I are interested in real estate investing in Texas area. We are interested in buying wholesale, lease-to-buy option, and long term for residual income. Any and all tips are welcome! Currently, I am a GM of a security company, but hope to start doing real estate full time within 3 years....that's my goal!! My husband is retired and will be able to devote more time to this venture right away but I will be limited somewhat; however, I can do a lot of leg work via internet and mai-outs. I would love to hear what techniques have worked for you in obtaining cash buyers, investors, or any helpful information.
