Hello everyone!

I stumbled upon this site and am thankful to have found BiggerPockets. I am growing my knowledge in real estate (RE) investing quickly by reading the posts here. Thanks to everyone for sharing best practices.

I am from Vancouver, Canada, and have invested in RE in Vancouver for a few years and want to venture into the US. Knowing what I don't know about the US RE market, I took a course in REI recently. Because I am doing this remotely, I wouldn't be doing any rehabs, instead my goal is to secure properties and pass it on to investors for a small fee. I"d appreciate any suggestions on how to determine where (areas) to do remote investing.

Cheers.

Julie
