My name is Gabriel Contreras.

I’ve been involved in upwards of a couple hundred real estate transactions in the Bakersfield, Kern and Tulare County California area. Over the the past 19 years I’ve invested heavily in learning the ins and outs of the business of buying and selling houses through both ongoing education and as mentioned above “hands on experience.”

The focus of my Real Estate Investment business experience is primarily buying and selling houses with long term creative financing and Mortgage Notes using funds from Private Investors and Joint Venture Partners to whom we pay a handsome rate of return to.

I am also a Private Money Lender and I finance well secured real estate projects using my own money along with a few colleagues which result in passive income and amazing returns.

I continue to be open-minded to new information and I’m committed to keep abreast of new, up to date techniques and investment practices in both real estate, private money lending, business rules, laws and regulations.
