Hi Guys,

I wanted to drop a quick line and introduce myself. I am 27yr old, currently working in outside sales for a international shipping company.

I am very interested in getting into real estate as my girlfriend and I are looking to purchase our first house together. We are looking for a "buy and flip" deal as that will be our niche business plan starting out.

We are both equally new to real estate but she does work for a marketing company that is in the housing industry.

We are seeking mentors, partners, pretty much any one that will allow us a 30 minute sit down to pick their real estate mind. We are hungry and plan on being very successful with this.

Any advice/tips for us newbies would be greatly appreciated.

Ronnie
