Operations Manager for Erosion Control Company

Hi All,

I am interested in flipping and aquiring rental properties. I attended the residential construction management course at Gwinnett Technical College in 2003. After finishing the first year of hands on building from the ground up, I went into the roofing business until the market crashed in 08. I also have adjusting and estimating experience from working as a catastrophe adjuster on several hurricanes and hail storms. Currently I work as an Operations/Field Manager for an Erosion Control Company for the last 5 years. As you can see I have a variety of experiences in the residential market. Any and all tips and suggestions to get started with no capitol will be greatly appreciated. I am willing to assist in anyway I can for investors in the GA market.

Semper Fi,

Scott Wilson
