Going full time... round 2

Hello everyone. My name is Todd Fallone. Back in 2002 I tried my hand in full time investing. For 2 1/2 years, we were very successful with flips and rental property. Then we decided to invest in an undeveloped subdivision at the same time the market tanked. Fast forward to today, and I just left my job at State Farm after my boss retired, and I'm giving full time investing another shot. I've flipped 3 properties so fart this year, with 2 more listed currently, as well as one that is being renovated. I'm looking forward to networking and learning as much as I can and to building a profitable business. My greatest challenge today is finding motivated sellers outside of the MLS.
