HI. My  name is Ellen Broach. My husband, Walter, and I have been landlords for 30 years. We live in Broken Arrow OK.  Just when we think we know it all, something brings us back down to earth like a tenant from hell. Oh well. We just keep on learning. That's why I joined this site.
