Hey everyone, my name is Ryan.  I'm a total newbie to not only BP but also to real estate investing as well.  Right now I work full time, for the local electric utility, however I'm trying to make a transition and start investing in real estate.  Currently I'm just trying to soak up as much knowledge as I possibly can.  I already listen to the BP podcast, which I can't get enough of. I don't have any background in real estate so right now I'm just trying to learn and figure out what path exactly it is that I would like to take my first steps towards.  If anyone has any good recommendations I'm all ears.  I'm super excited to be on BP and I can't wait to start meeting some of you and begin my journey.
