Newbie from Dallas, TX

I'm Cezar from Dallas, TX recently became interested in REI. I work in the health care field and don't have any substantial real estate experience. I'm dedicated to becoming educated in real estate investing and greatly appreciate all the resources this website and Biggerpockets community provide.

I'm currently in the process of acquiring my first rental property and hope to continue building a portfolio.  I'm focusing initially on the buy and hold strategy and hope to diversify into other strategies (flips, multifamily residential properties) in the future after gaining further experience/education.
