Hello Bigger Pockets community,

My name is Dan Chorney and I am a new member looking to crack into the Real Estate Investment world. I graduated Ohio State University as a Finance major in 2012 and then went into Technology (SAP) Consulting. I am looking to arm myself with as much REI knowledge as possible before I purchase my first property. My short term goal is to soak up as much information as I can and buy my first investment property. My long term goal is to build a portfolio of properties that provide enough cash flow to support my lifestyle. I am interested in both flipping properties and buy-and-hold. I look forward to learning from all your experiences and expertise.
