Looking for a Multifamily in Los Angeles

Hi BP,

I've been on the hunt to purchase a multifamily, between 2-4 units, as a owner occupant-investor. I basically want to live in one of the units and rent out the others. I want something in a nice area, not too far from some of LA desirable neighborhoods (preferably in Mid-city, Mid-Wilshire, Culver city, Downtown), and I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. Not sure if it can happen in this market but it's worth a shot. I've already been pre approved for a FHA loan but I'm open to other options if it makes sense. Any suggestions or deals sent from heaven out there :) Thanks!!
