RE Investor (junky) in Texas

I've been investing in RE since 2002, got really big in the SFR market in DFW (flipping, holding rentals and Hard Money Lending ($40mm per year)), but when the banks pulled their toys out of the sand box ($50mm line of credit) we all had to clean up and go home. Continued to invest in RE since 2010, although passively. Finally ready to get back in full time and look forward to making new connections with like minded RE investors. Mostly focused on anything related to SFR: notes, flips, rentals, reo, wholesale, HML in stable SFR RE markets. JP
