Hello BP, My name is So.  I live in Long Beach, CA.  After reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", I decided it is time for me to get out of the "Rat Race".  Went onto Googled and searched, "Real Estate for Noobs".  First thing that popped up was Podcast #11, Brandon, Joshua, and guests talked about signing onto BiggerPockets. Now, I am here searching and reading.  Next is to apply what I have learned and get out of the "Rat Race".
