Hello all!

My name is Frank

I'm 22 years old, I'm a full-time employee and manage inventory for a steel company while studying Civil Engineering full-time. 

Aside from that i'm involved with a few engineers in a startup servicing the Midwest in regards to a more efficient manufacturing process (I don't want to disclose too much information just yet!)

I heard about BiggerPockets from the podcast like many others... Since discovering BP i listen to the podcasts religiously (to and from work, etc)

Currently, I'm trying to soak up any and all real estate information, tips, and suggestions ( i have a strong interest in house hacking!)

I will be looking for my first deal(s) before you know it
