Hello BP members,

My name is Adam Schmitt.  I joined BP today after reading the book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down. Additionally, my business partner is an active member of the BP community.

I earned my BBA and master's from University of Miami in 2008. I earned my CPA after college.

I currently work as a real estate financial analyst for a multi national private equity real estate firm, but have a strong interest in starting my own real estate investment practice.

I am very impressed with the information available through the podcasts and forum posts. I look forward to meeting other members and sharing potential opportunities.
