Hi,

   I'm new to real estate investing and looking forward to moving ahead with it in the coming year.  I have lived in the Houston, TX area for 18 years now. 

  My (our) interests are with rehab and flip single family homes to start with potential rentals (1 to 4 units) down the road.

Thanks and look forward to talking with many of you in the future.
