Hi my name is Mark.

My wife and I are currently doing fix and flips and wholesaling some of the deals that we are getting under contract and are open to networking here and are currently looking for partners to invest with. We have a operation located in St Louis now and a couple of contractors that we have relationships with.

We are looking to raise private funds to buy theses homes and are looking to partner with others for short term projects. We will manage the project within the St Louis fix and flips as we have all of the contacts and understand the neighborhoods.
