Hello,

My name is Christian, I'm 26 and live in Nashville, TN.  I currently work as a project manager for a general contractor.  I am completely new to real estate investing and want to learn as much as I can.  I just finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad which sparked my interest in real estate.  If you have any recommendations for someone starting out in real estate with a limited budget and little to no experience I would love to hear them.  I know I have a long way to go but I'm a hard worker and am passionate about getting started.

If you have any suggested reading, seminars or websites you could recommend it would be greatly appreciated.  If there are any investors here in Nashville on this site I would especially like to hear from you and possibly get your thoughts on the market.

Thank you,
