Just really feeling this option out for opportunities to learn about the ins and outs of real estate investing. Initially interested in cash buyer finding fees then hope to move onto an element of flipping and then additional rental properties in addition to our current one.

If not me, Charlotte is full of seasoned investors who are able and willing to take your knowledge to the next level. Outside of networking in Charlotte, I would listen to the podcast on this site. The knowledge which I have acquired from the bigger pockets podcast had a lot to do with me closing my first two wholesale deals last month and this month.
