Newbie from Beaumont, TX

Hello, my name is Stephanie Robertson. I live in Beaumont, TX. I am new to the real estate world. I’ve recently obtained my real estate license and am still learning the ins and outs. I’ve always wanted to be an agent but was afraid to venture into it because of the financial obligations. However, since my son has graduated high school and moved on to college, I decided it was time. Therefore, my husband and I have started learning about real estate investing. I currently work full time in a non-profit and also as a Realtor®. I enjoy baking and decorating cakes in my spare time. My goals for real estate are to become a successful full time agent/investor. I want to be able to be able to have passive income and more time to be able to spend some quality time with my grandchildren. I joined BiggerPockets in an effort to obtain information, tips, and guidance through networking with likeminded people and as well as information, tips, and guidance on getting bigger pockets!
