Hello lovely people! 

I've been lurking but now I'm going legit :) 

I am a real estate newbie (just house hacked once) with lots of "research" under my belt and some natural tenacity thrown in. 

My plan is to start wholesaling in one of the hottest areas of the country, Boulder, CO. I know, I know, its impossible :)
