Hello, New member from Ontario, Canada.. I stumbled across the site and had no a site like this existed. I've been a small time investor since jan.2014... I'm jealous of the deals in the U.S im seeing on the site, we dont have nearly the deals where i am, and in Canada for that matter.. I bought a duplex last january now I'm on house 2. I'm not sure the direction I'm going to go with this one as it would be a great live in flip, but I'm considering adding a basement apartment which would allow me to live for me.. I'd ultimately like to start investing in the states once I get more capital to get into some hotter weather. Anyways, I look forward to networking with you guys and reading through the forum
