I want to flip single and multi family homes

Hello everybody;

I am here to gather information on getting started flipping houses and multi family units in the Atlanta GA surrounding areas. I use to build and rehab pre sold houses over10 years ago so I can use all the help I can get to get back into the game.

I am glad to be on board with BP and I'm looking forward to talking to and learning from  all.
