New to you from AZ

Hello all, I am a new member here but not new to real estate investing. I am working my way up the ladder my next goal is to own commercial (apartment complexes).

I started out in REI in Florida (and want to invest there) with duplexes, sold out at the top of the market (lucky me) and bought the Rte 66 KOA. I looked at this campground in March and took it over June 15th that same year! Looking to sell this now. It was sort of a rehab.

I am originally from Pittsburgh Pa moved to Orlando lived there for 22 years, then moved here to northern Az (don't like the winters here).

Love the wealth of information here. And I believe 2 things. What Helen Keller said that "Live is a daring adventure or nothing" and if you want to you can learn something everyday and from most anyone.
