Hi all, my name is Francois, aka Franky. I am 2 months new to the REI gig, but i've been interested in real estate for as long as I can remember, but only now getting involved. I am also a Commercial Sub contractor in my area, which makes me quite useful with the hands on aspects of real estate operations. I am hoping to learn lots here, and also to network and make some deals happen today!
