I reside in Paducah, KY.  I am interested in deepening my involvement in real estate investing, being somewhat new to it.  I am fortunate enough to have ownership in one building currently.  (An office building- roughly 45,000 square feet.)  I am one of eleven partners in that venture that houses our offices in the medical / orthopedic field.  I am a physical therapist.   I am currently seeking real estate roughly 20 miles from this location.  I would like to build a new construction, roughly 6,000 square feet, again for medicine-related purposes.  Also interested in multi-family.
