Hey Y'all!! (that's Texas speak for hello)

I'm a renewed investor who relocated to the Dallas-Ft. Worth market from Indiana. I previously owned rental properties and had one fix and flop (yes, I spelled that right). I am looking forward to meeting other investors, learning and sharing deals.
