Hello, I apologize for my delay in introducing myself!  My name is Nancy and I am in the midst of starting a real estate investment business in hopes of securing my retirement. To date, I owned three separate residential properties. The first, I did use as a rental property for two years (1996-1998) before selling. The others two were strictly primary resident. My goal within the next five to eight years is to establish a real estate investment business with at least five properties.
