Passive Podcast Listener - now hooked!

Hello all...I'm Randy and I have one property in the Central Florida area that is for long-term rental investment. I think I did a search on iTunes a couple of months ago for podcasts on investing and BP came up. I've only listened to a handful of shows while driving for work, but I really appreciate the real life examples of the guest speakers and how the hosts ask the questions I would ask to explain things as if I were a 5 year old! It's what sold me on BP as being genuine in wanting to help others learn about real estate investing.

Right now, I work full-time in healthcare, and while I'm not ready to make the leap to full-time investing, I do want to continue to learn how to realize gains that have a positive impact on my income. Hope that makes sense. I look forward to learning from this community!
