Hello BP,

I’m new to BP, I live in San Antonio, I’ve had 1 rental I bought 12 years ago, didn’t do much with it. Then my Rentals Neighbor asked if I wanted to buy his house. My wife and I took out 401K loans and paid $45K cash, we put $12K in rehab over 3 months. We did all the work, except A complete electrical overhaul ($5100) and new AC ($2400). We have it rented out now for over 1 year $800/month.

I love the BP Forum. Since a friend of my introduced me to BP, I’ve been on the site for 2 -3 hours a day looking up information. I want to expand and build my business. Would love to buy more Rentals, I’m now saving the 20% for the next down payment. My question is. Should I get my Realtor license or spend that time networking?

Thank You…
