New in Wisconsin and Looking to start investing. But How?

Im 24 and recently did my Real estate course and getting my License.  I saw a add for Investing Real estate with Renatus and honestly i currently don't have the 2 grand to start with and it mostly seemed Recruiting. Can't wait to hear back from someone and if your local even better. i want to get started and i am quick on learning new things. I just need a push that will point me in Right direction.
