Hopeful investor from Virginia

Hello everyone!

I'm Jon. My wife and I are trying to find ways to invest with the purpose of paying off our student loans more quickly. We have a house now that we got at a really great price (valued at $87k bought for $62k). It was a HUD foreclosure that had been vacant for 3 years before we moved in and with the upgrades and repairs we've done, i'm sure the value is much higher now. We want to look into the possibility of buying houses sold way below their market value, fixing them up and renting them out, in order to make some passive income.

I look forward to learning from the experts using this site. Talk to you soon!

Jon
