My wife and I are interested in learning about real estate investment. Current home is almost paid for, just under 12000 to go. We live in a small rural community (700 in town), but community has industry and more jobs that its population. Looking to supplement income for starters, and perhaps move out, not only in the US, but also looking at opportunities in Canada.
