Hello BP, My name is Clint Wilson and I am a young investor looking to learn as much as I can about real estate, as well as many other forms of investing. I have been interested in real estate for many years now. Through various jobs i have gained a good amount of handyman skills and would like to use that to my advantage. Buy and holds, along with flipping houses are the niches I am most interested in, although I currently have no real estate background and would like to network with locals and those on PB to further my understanding of real estate. I would also like to say thank you to BP and its members for the invaluable help provided in the forums and podcasts! All the information just drives me closer to that first deal! Can't wait!
